Goodbye 2025 and welcome to 2026

Thank goodness 2025 is now complete. I know it was a very heavy, testing and difficult year for many kind souls. As we move forward into 2026, May we take the lessons of all the hardships 2025 inflicted upon us and turn them into personal power, strength and motivation to move us forward.

2026 will be a better year for many and I can’t wait to see what we all will achieve.

There are times in life when we just need to stop and reflect on where we are on our path. There is no sorrow here, just a need to have a goal. Something to plan for and look forward to. Meditation and visualisation may be needed to calm the mind and give you some guidance. Whatever you need to do to relax find the time to do it. When days are overloaded with the demands of modern life, it can be stressful and sometimes we need permission to be kind to ourselves. Make plans to do the things which make you happy. There is a feeling of loss. Whether this is physical or emotional you must remember that whatever major change happens in our lives there is always hope. Sometimes the light at the end of the tunnel feels distant but rest assured you will get there whatever age you are there is a childlike innocence about you. It is okay to feel sad and lost but it is important we do not stay in that mind frame for too long. Life is full of changes and each day will bring a unique experience. If you feel the angels are not listening, you are wrong. They are there and waiting for you to ask for help. Of course they will never take away your free will but will always help to guide you through times of despair. Just remember nothing stays the same forever, things will improve soon 🌸

You may feel that you have been pushed into a situation that you no longer wish to be in. Changing your path and looking for better options should not make you feel guilty. Follow your heart, it may take a certain amount of bravery and courage to make the changes you desire but now is the time to look at your options. If you feel you are running away from a situation, don’t be afraid to question the motives of those around you who may expect a different outcome. Remember this is your life to live as you choose, you have the power to do and be whatever you want. 2025 is drawing to a close very quickly. 2025, being a 9 year, was a year of endings and completions.

Let’s reflect on anything from the past. Where are you repeating the same lessons that may have broken you, damaged you or hurt you in some way that you keep looking for acceptance. This is not just in relationships, it can be in any situation like your job as well. Do not settle for less!! Take a step back and look at why you keep settling for less, tolerating sh*tty behaviour, why you keep trying for a certain person to “see” you when all you’re getting is the same as before. Look at your past and find where you first felt like you had to prove yourself. Did someone abandon you? Did you feel you had to be a certain way to feel accepted? Did you have to fight to fit in?
Healing the wounds and traumas that have you sitting where you are right now, is the key to unlocking where you’re meant to be.

2026 is a 1 year. It’s all about new beginnings, starting fresh, wanting more, going after what you really want to have in your life. Taking care of you and your needs first. What is it that you really want? You now need to get real with yourself. Do you feel you’ve missed an opportunity? Do you feel you made a wrong choice and want to make it right?
Start knocking on doors, take a leap of faith, believe in yourself, realise who the f**k you are and what you deserve and go get it. A lot of doors will open for you if you just take a chance on yourself.

What a way to end 2025! This year has been a hell of a year with lots of ups and downs, clearing past hurts and traumas, struggles that no one ever talks about and lessons beyond belief. These three amazing souls, who I am so grateful for and appreciate beyond measure, have been my ride or die for as long as I’ve known them. On my left is Marika. Marika and I have been friends for my whole life. Danny, to my right, I have known for around 11 years, courtesy of his beautiful wife, Julie, who I met over 12 years ago when my son was sick. Nicky and I have known each other since 2017. We met at an Expo in Rye when we were seated next to each other. These beautiful humans have helped me through so much and I know we will be connected for life. Today, Lesley from Psychic and Wellbeing Expo, had us all under one roof, doing what we all love the most, living our soul mission and sharing our wisdom and knowledge to help assist beautiful souls heal, in our own individual ways. Danny, Marika and Nicky, thankyou all so much for sharing your friendship with me. Your generosity, care and unconditional love is something I will always treasure. I am so grateful we were all able to work together today and I look forward what what 2026 will bring for all of us 💫🌸🙏❤️ And thankyou Julie for capturing this photo today, you are a treasure 💜🌸🩷
