Hello everyone 😍

Welcome to 2026! It’s been a very slow start for many people, including myself, still releasing the old 2025 energy and preparing ourselves for what we want to begin, change, or start over in this new 1 year.

This past week we have extremely intense solar flares, causing many to feel scattered, anxious, flat and wiped out. Some are experiencing the opposite. High energy, focused, driven and striving for more. Whatever you were experiencing, it is right for you at that time.

Now we are starting to feel the affects of coming out of this intense energy wave. You may be experiencing all sorts of aches and pains in the body, headaches, old injury pain, teeth and gum issues, light sleep, intense dreams, extreme hunger or not feeling the need to eat at all, digestive issues, flat, tired and even with good rest, feeling like you haven’t rested at all. I call it an energy hangover which can last a few days as the body tries to absorb what’s hit us 🤯

Listen to your body and your intuition as it will guide you to the best care you need for you. And always remember, if you are concerned about how you are feeling, it’s ok to seek medical advice.

Goodbye 2025 and welcome to 2026

Thank goodness 2025 is now complete. I know it was a very heavy, testing and difficult year for many kind souls. As we move forward into 2026, May we take the lessons of all the hardships 2025 inflicted upon us and turn them into personal power, strength and motivation to move us forward.

2026 will be a better year for many and I can’t wait to see what we all will achieve.

Thankyou to all my beautiful clients and friends here on this journey with me throughout 2025. All your support means the world to me and I look forward to seeing you all in 2026.

There are times in life when we just need to stop and reflect on where we are on our path. There is no sorrow here, just a need to have a goal. Something to plan for and look forward to. Meditation and visualisation may be needed to calm the mind and give you some guidance. Whatever you need to do to relax find the time to do it. When days are overloaded with the demands of modern life, it can be stressful and sometimes we need permission to be kind to ourselves. Make plans to do the things which make you happy. Reconnect with nature, walk, dance, laugh. Whatever it is, time to be just you is much needed now 🌸

Card 2 ~ Regret, Change, Moving Forward 💫

There is a feeling of loss. Whether this is physical or emotional you must remember that whatever major change happens in our lives there is always hope. Sometimes the light at the end of the tunnel feels distant but rest assured you will get there whatever age you are there is a childlike innocence about you. It is okay to feel sad and lost but it is important we do not stay in that mind frame for too long. Life is full of changes and each day will bring a unique experience. If you feel the angels are not listening, you are wrong. They are there and waiting for you to ask for help. Of course they will never take away your free will but will always help to guide you through times of despair. Just remember nothing stays the same forever, things will improve soon 🌸

You may feel that you have been pushed into a situation that you no longer wish to be in. Changing your path and looking for better options should not make you feel guilty. Follow your heart, it may take a certain amount of bravery and courage to make the changes you desire but now is the time to look at your options. If you feel you are running away from a situation, don’t be afraid to question the motives of those around you who may expect a different outcome. Remember this is your life to live as you choose, you have the power to do and be whatever you want. If your gut feeling is telling you something is not right then now is the time to make the changes for the better. You have the power to make the right choices. It’s now time to make decisions 🌸
