Message from Spirit this morning for all those who need to hear it 💜💫

The world shows us every single day just how precious, and short, life really is.

We are not here to live a mediocre life. We are here to live to our fullest potential, to learn lessons, to be happy, to create our own magic and to be the best version of ourselves that we can be.

It could all be over in a flash. Tomorrow may never come, yet here you are doubting yourself, living a miserable existence, not wanting more for yourself, believing that your reality is all there is to life.

There is a whole new experience waiting for you to trust yourself, to take that leap of faith and change your life for the better. Take a chance on yourself, believe in who you are and all that you want to achieve. Yes it will require you to have some tough love and discipline but you’ve got this!

Do you see certain number patterns frequently?

Numbers are just one way for Spirit and the Universe to connect with and bring messages to us. When you see your numbers, do you know what the message is for you?

I have lived with anxiety and depression for most of my adult life. I didn’t know I had anxiety for as long as I did until it wasn’t there anymore. It never went away until I healed the issue that was causing it.

My anxiety hit its peak in 2017. It became so intense that I would often have panic attacks that would leave me feeling exhausted for days. I felt so alone, misunderstood, like my world was ending. And I didn’t know how to fix it.

222 started showing up wherever I was. Car registration plates, phones numbers, social media posts, in meditation. Pretty much everywhere I was, so was 222. On really bad days, I would see 444. 222 doubled. That’s when I clicked that there was a deeper messages. Somehow, I tamed my anxiety enough to allow the message to come through because I knew it was Spirit talking to me, I just couldn’t tame my racy mind enough to hear them.

Spirits message for me with number 222 is this. “Everything will be ok. It always has been and always will be. Even when you feel your world is imploding, everything will be ok, you have our word”.

Anyone who has ever experienced depression and anxiety can fully understand how difficult it is to not be in your head space 24/7 and overthink everything and not feel much all at the same time. For me and my experience, without Spirits love and support being shown to me in numbers, allowing their message in to my heart space, is literally what saved me and helped me find the root cause of my anxiety and depression. Once I worked out my root cause, when the nail was hit on the head so to speak, I worked so hard to heal the broken pieces of me that needed my love and affection.

Now every time a stressful situation or event happens in my life, I instantly feel that 222 energy come in and I relax. I take comfort in knowing I am divinely guided in all areas of my life and for that I am extremely grateful.

You feel the need to protect yourself. Don’t let the feelings of hurt and misunderstandings change who you are. It is completely natural to put up barriers, but far better to face situations head on than to let them fester. There are many wonderful opportunities ahead. Do not let other people’s attitudes and prejudices change who you are. You are a strong beautiful person. See the lessons of the last few months as a learning curve. However negative situations may have felt in the past, they are challenges which have made you stronger, not weaker. If you feel you have been let down, find a way to cope and deal with it as vengeance is never the answer. If you are this way inclined then be vengeful by shining your light brighter. What can you expect to feel? Head pressure, blurry vision, achy jaw and teeth, headaches, third eye (brow) ache, cold like symptoms like runny nose, itchy throat, increased or decreased appetite, buzzing with energy but feeling fatigued at the same time, heightened dream state, disturbed sleep, racy heart, more thirsty than normal, needing peace, quiet and solitude away from people and noise in general, hearing energy swirling/higher frequencies more clearly. After having a deep conversation with a dear friend about what is pi***ng us off at the moment, and let’s face it, the energy at the moment is making a lot of people face the truth- thank goodness!! Some situations can cause us to react instead of respond. Our reactions can almost 100% be a trauma response. The situation in front of you carries similar energies to those traumatic experiences you have endured in the past.
You do not have to prove yourself to anyone. The only person you need to answer to is yourself. Take responsibility and change your reality, that you can control. What is out of your control can take away your peace. So, to anyone having this experience right now, what can you do to take back control of your situation? I’m taking the opportunity to remind everyone again that I will never ever send you a friend request, I will never ask you to send me a friend request, I will never message you at anytime, let alone at 3:50am with this kind of message as I will most definitely be asleep at that time. How is everyone feeling this past 24-48 hours? The energy has been super intense the last few days, more so since the full moon and eclipse Friday evening.

Things are changing!! And at what feels like a super fast pace that can make you feel like you don’t have room to breathe. Anything old that is no longer serving its purpose, needs to go. Relationships, jobs, places, situations, food/diet that no longer serve you, your body will start rejecting and eventually, sooner rather than later, you will be leaving those things behind to embrace the new energy that is coming into your life.

Dreams may be full on, maybe even a little bit cryptic, all dreams hold a message or guidance to help you release and move forward. Deep grief is also coming to the surface. Some may know what it is connected to, and some of it you may not be able to explain. Feel it, let it up to the surface and let it go. Your mind, body and soul will feel much better for the release.

And, if all that isn’t enough, we also have Mercury in Retrograde so you know, that always causes some good trouble 😅

Be Kind to you, give your body what it needs. Self care should be high on everyone’s priority list, taking time out to nurture you is so important. Take the time to sit with yourself and get real honest about what you need for now and in your future.
