With the new year comes the rush of love way before Valentine’s Day.

As we welcome a new year, I encourage everyone to reflect on the year that was and see what learnings can be gained from it that can help set a path for the next chapter ahead.

Some lessons will be hard, just as setting a new direction forward will be just as hard if not harder. The first step is always the most difficult but most important.

Like always remember to take time for yourself and ensure you have a self care routine in place.

Hawaiian / Loud shirt was the order of dress for Mick’s celebration of life ceremony today at Gippsland Memorial Park Traralgon.

With my roadie (bestie, mini me) in tow who also grew up with Mick it was a fitting send off.

WARNING - RANT!!!

For those of you who are placing Christmas lights / decorations in your garden/front lawn, can you please avoid anything that has Red or Blue flashing lights together?

Every time I come around the corner, I think it's the police and I have a panic attack.

I have to brake hard, toss my wine out the window, hide the w**d, fasten my seat belt, throw my phone on the floor, turn my radio down, and push the gun under the seat, all while trying to drive.

It's just too much drama, even for Christmas.
