It was so joyful and expansive to be able to hug these amazing humans in person and to show my appreciation for all they offer and the support and transformation that I keep receiving. I am truly so grateful 🙏💜
I definitely felt myself called to expand outside my comfort zone and was so overwhelmed with the response from all the wonderful participants that received so open heartedly and gave hugs and so much warmth and love in return for receiving my little heart felt knitted gift 💝. Big Love ❤️

My first experience of the Emsella Chair was surprising and definitely very noticeable. I thought that my pelvic floor muscles were quite reasonable and working well. I would occasionally remember to do my Kegel exercises however as I didn’t seem to have any obvious issues - they were something I didn’t focus on regularly. I’m sure that is something common for us humans - there are so many other things in our lives vying for our attention and focus.
After my first session - I was totally surprised at the increased strength of my pelvic floor muscle and this has continued to increase after each session.

I have been working on strengthening my knees over the last couple of years after an injury and it’s been a long journey. I have still been experiencing restrictions and pain when walking and noticed some slight warmth, discomfort and tenderness in my knee whilst having the first and then the second pelvic pod sessions. I curiously observed this and felt some strengthening in my upper hamstrings and glute muscles as well.

Some very surprising and unexpected results happened for me after the third and fourth session- I started to notice that I was walking completely differently with strength and confidence in my knees that I haven’t experienced in a long time. The most exciting part of all is that the pain I had been feeling in my knees whilst walking was gone! I also noticed that I have been able to walk more upright and think this is due to my core muscles being stronger due to receiving the HIFEM treatments.

I have a renewed energy and excitement about continuing to build my core muscles now and have motivation and strength that was missing before I experienced this amazing technology. I wish I could use this on all my body muscles - lol that’s the lazy me wanting this magic all over but I know that the core is the most important part of my physical structure and as such I can build on this stronger foundation now. The results for me have been immediate and life changing.
