🌿 Release Tightness: Treating Both Fascia & Muscles for Better Movement
Ever wondered why your muscles feel tight no matter how much you stretch?
The answer often lies in your fascia — the connective tissue that wraps around every muscle in your body.
Why fascia can go bad:
Fascia can lose hydration, stick together, and thicken due to:
• Poor posture or repetitive movements
• Overuse or chronic muscle tension
• Lack of movement or prolonged sitting
• Past injuries or micro-traumas
• Stress and dehydration
Here’s what happens over time 👇
1️⃣ Fascia densification – Fascia loses hydration and slide, feeling stiff.
2️⃣ Sticky layers – Fascia layers start sticking together instead of gliding smoothly.
3️⃣ Adhesions & tight spots – When fascia and muscle stick together, muscles overwork, forming firm, tight spots.
4️⃣ Fascia scar tissue – Chronic adhesions can thicken into tougher, fibrous tissue.
5️⃣ Reduced range of motion – The whole area starts to feel restricted or hard to move.
That’s where I come in: I treat both fascia and muscle to soften adhesions, release tight spots, improve circulation, and restore natural movement.
✅ The result? Your body moves easier, feels lighter, tightness reduces, and pain decreases.
