Purging is real… and no, it doesn’t mean your skin is “getting worse.”

Active ingredients like vitamin A, AHAs, BHAs or even when advanced treatments are performed, will speed up skin cell turnover. That means congestion that was already sitting under the surface can come up quicker than it normally would.
