A recent study published in the Journal of Bone and Mineral Research demonstrated that a twice weekly physiotherapy supervised High-intensity Resistance and Impact Training (HiRIT) program consisting of specific exercises 🏋️‍♀️ was able to improved bone mineral density in menopausal and post menopausal women.
