We’re seeking a Pharmacy Retail Manager to join our team on a Part Time basis and lead our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritise and delegate all tasks related to front-of-shop
• Control all aspects of inventory management such as ordering and receiving stock, organising returns, completing stocktake and managing product recalls
• Liaise with retail representatives from various companies to explore new products and replenish existing lines
• Develop and implement strategies to maximise sales and profitability
• Train and supervise pharmacy staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high standard of professionalism
• Respond to customer enquiries and feedback
• Maintain exceptional store presentation

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of pharmacy workflow/operations
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively
• Previous experience in pharmacy retail management or a similar role (preferred)
• High level of computer literacy
