Weβre seeking a Pharmacy Retail Manager to join our team on a Part Time basis and lead our retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Prioritise and delegate all tasks related to front-of-shop
β’ Control all aspects of inventory management such as ordering and receiving stock, organising returns, completing stocktake and managing product recalls
β’ Liaise with retail representatives from various companies to explore new products and replenish existing lines
β’ Develop and implement strategies to maximise sales and profitability
β’ Train and supervise pharmacy staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high standard of professionalism
β’ Respond to customer enquiries and feedback
β’ Maintain exceptional store presentation
Requirements:
β’ Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
β’ Knowledge of pharmacy workflow/operations
β’ Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
β’ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively
β’ Previous experience in pharmacy retail management or a similar role (preferred)
β’ High level of computer literacy
