Hi everyone, I've been a little absent from socials due to life/kids/puppies etc. But I've been creating some stories and playing around with some AI art to make covers and it's time to put them out into the world!

I've just released three 'Shorties' (stories that are only 10-15 minutes long) into the SleepyLou Web App. They're already available to monthly subscribers, and everyone else will have the opportunity to try them very soon on a new platform that I'm moving content over to.

Snow Dogs ❄️🐶

Picture this: a happy child nestled under the covers, their imaginations whisked away on a journey filled with snow, sleds, and a pack of eager pups. Yep, that's what's waiting for them in "Snow Dogs"! ⛄ And that's just the tip of the iceberg!

Island Dreams 🌴🐵

For those who prefer warmer weather, how about drifting off under the stars alongside a playful Vervet monkey? "Island Dreams" promises hammocks, wooden boats, and endless relaxation.

Hawaiian Float 🦩🌋

More warm weather, but this time you can conquer a volcano and float with a Flamingo! The achievement of a climb followed by the relaxation of the pool.

Hi sleep lovers (both parents and kids!) Any AI artists or dabblers out there?

I've been playing around with AI art lately, and thought you might like to see some of the awesome and weird things it can create. These pics are all based on the prompts 'cute robot chicken', a mode of transport that features in the next soon-to-be released Sleepylou trilogy. Any favourites?

My 10 year old is loving making AI art as well, he's been making a lot of 'disco yaks' 🤣

I had a very silly idea the other day - to create and record a Halloween story in four days. I'm not going to lie, it kind of hurt to get it done that quickly, but all 8,500 words of it are out there in the universe now!

Of course it's chock-a-block full of emotional regulation tips, confidence building and cues to improve sleep, but it also has chocolate cobwebs, Hermoine Graveyard, glue-stick instead of chapstick and a whole lot more.

Hello sleep lovers! I have some lovely new FREE sleep tools for you. Since my recording studio was flooded 😭 I havent' been able to release new stories, so instead I've created some sleep music , which is great for keeping kids relaxed as they sleep (and covering the sound of netflix in another room 😆). To access the first two tracks, just go to https://sleepylou.beezer.com/ and tap the menu in the top left corner, then go to 'Sleep Music'.

The music will play in a continuous loop until you pause or change tracks. If you try it out, please share your feedback with me :)

And the studio will be ready for recording again soon, I promise! ❤
