I’m quietly proud to share this…

Learning Through Pain, the book I had the privilege of co-authoring, has been named a Finalist in the 2025 International Book Awards. 📖💜

This book is a collection of stories from people who’ve lived with, supported, or worked with chronic pain—and each voice brings something raw, honest, and deeply human to the page.

Being part of this project reminded me how powerful it is when we come together to share what we’ve learned…
..not from the easy moments, but from the challenging ones.
