I’m Louise White, a Clinical Hypnotherapist with over 12 years experience. I help my clients to change their lives for the better.

I help people who dream about being healthy and happy but who feel trapped by work, anxiety, bad habits and more. I have helped hundreds of people quit smoking and va**ng. There are so many good reasons to quit. What are yours? Here are just a few that I've heard over the last few years:

**Because it's SO BLOODY EXPENSIVE
**Because I'm tired all the time
**Because there's nothing good about it
**Because I can't afford it
**Because the smell transfers to my baby
**Because I don’t want my kids to watch me die of cancer
**Because I don’t want my kids to smoke
**Because I want to live to see my grandkids
**Because I want to be the fun fit Nanna/Grandpa
**Because I'm working 5 extra hours a week just to pay for smokes

If you're coming to see me between now and Friday 17th January, be aware that the road from Kings Bridge to Bain Terrace (just before the Trevallyn shops) is closed for road works. You can find me by coming along the West Tamar Highway towards Riverside, turning left onto Forest Road, and left again onto Bain Terrace. Allow a few extra minutes for the twists and turns that Trevallyn is blessed with!

I know I have a lot of clients working in the allied health or wellness field, so I thought I'd share this with all of you:

I have a treatment room available for rent in my wellness clinic in Trevallyn. It would be suitable for allied health or wellness use, and it comfortably fits a desk and recliner, or a treatment table with room to spare for your equipment or retail products. It's a lovely quiet room.

The building is modern and quiet. It is on the ground floor and wheelchair accessible. The room itself has a sink (which can be covered if necessary) and its' own heat pump. The lights are dimmable.

The reception area has room for any retail products that might be a part of your business.

There's free customer parking at the door, lots of foot traffic and the opportunity to cross-refer with two other practitioners (a Hypnotherapist and a Massage Therapist)

The whole space has a very calming and collaborative feel to it, and we seek to make this a relaxing space for our clients.

There are so many good reasons to free yourself from smoking. What are your motivations? Here are just a few that I've heard in the last month:
