A big THANK YOU to all my wonderful Yogi friends for your dedication to your Yoga classes and support of our beautiful caring community. Thanks to your commitment and attendance in your favourite class we were able to donate all proceeds of my classes and special event from this week to a cause that is very close to my heart and soul. The rescue and wellbeing of innocent doggie souls.😀 A substantial donation went to FNQ Animal Rescue and FNQ Remote Animal Assistance today😍
Thank you so much❤️🙏It means the world to me to be of our Yoga wonderful community. Through our Love to our Yoga Journey we can make a difference in our World🧘‍♀️

Gentle Mindful TriYoga Flows balancing Body and Mind perfect just for that Saturday morning after a busy week at work suited to all Levels of Yoga.
Perfect for all wether you are a longtime Yogi, Beginner or recovering from injury or just needing that start to come back to Yoga after a break.
We practise in the serene and tranquil Yoga Shala Palms.

Happy New Year and sending you all my best wishes for a healthy and blissful 2025 with abundant love, peace joy and laughter.

Today is International Yoga Day and Yogis will celebrate this day all around the World. The Motto for this Year is "Yoga for Self and Society" What does this mean to you?
For me it means expanding awareness for myself and playing an active role within my community.
I love sharing and spreading Happiness and Health and Wellbeing through the ancient and yet so current wisdom and teachings of Yoga. Namaste and Much Love🙏🧘‍♀️😊
