The good-old grain, packed with nutrition is back as a superfood little millet aka sama/kutki/samai/same. Has more protein than rice and is rich in vitamins ABC, iron, phosphorus, magnesium and manganese. Helps lower cholesterol, with fat metabolism, body tissue repair and energy production. Mostly eaten in Rajasthan with its extreme temperature. They are naturally grown like weeds and are non-GMO and pesticide free. Offer different varieties that can be eaten in all weathers. Provides you with sustainable energy - they fill you up without feeling heavy and leave you feeling full for a long time. Happy day 8 of my 21 day detox regime that helps me cleanse, improve health, meditate and rejuvenate.

Detoxificatoin - or detox - is a proper buzzword.

Implies following a specific diet, regime that claim to rid your body of toxins. Sharing a few ways to rejuvenate your body's detoxification system:
1. Focus on sleep
2. Drink more water
3. Limit alcohol
4. Reduce intake of sugar and processed foods
5. Eat anti-oxident rich foods
