⚽ A Club Built on Heart, Community and Inclusion

A huge thank you to Scott from the Western Sydney Wanderers for taking the time to show me around the club’s incredible facilities.

From the moment we walked through the doors, it was clear this isn’t just a football club — it’s a community movement.

The Western Sydney Wanderers began in 2012 with one powerful idea: a club for the people of Western Sydney, built by the people of Western Sydney. That sense of belonging and pride still flows through every part of the organisation today.

The Centre of Football is truly world-class, a standout in the A-League. From its high performance fields and player development hubs to its community outreach spaces, every detail reflects excellence and inclusivity.

What impressed me most is how the Wanderers Foundation goes beyond the game — delivering programs that embrace the whole community, from youth and grassroots pathways to All Abilities initiatives that create real opportunities for participation, confidence and connection.

At Elite Care NSW, we see the same spirit in what we do — breaking barriers, building inclusion and helping people realise their potential.

📣 Do you have Rostering & Administration experience!

📍 Based in Tuggerah | Elite Care Central Coast

We’re looking for a passionate and organised individual with experience in rostering within the disability sector to join our friendly team in Tuggerah.

Knowledge of ShiftCare is highly regarded, though we’re happy to train the right person who brings solid industry experience and the right attitude.

🔹 Position Details:
• Casual Position
• Based at our Tuggerah office
• Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 2:00pm (with a 30-minute lunch break)
• Must be available during school holidays
• Occasionally required to be on call outside office hours
• Option for additional support work hours outside office shifts (if desired)

💰 Wage: Based on experience and qualifications

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate staff rosters across participants and services
• Work closely with our compliance and admin team
• Align participant supports with their individual NDIS goals
• Occasionally provide direct participant support when required
• Maintain professional communication with participants, families, and staff

🔹 Essential Skills & Attributes:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident using computers and rostering software
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Enjoys working in a team-focused, supportive environment
• Reliable, compassionate, and professional

🔹 NDIS Qualifications & Compliance Requirements:
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• NDIS Orientation Module (and “Quality, Safety and You” module)
• Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Infection Control & Manual Handling Training
• Certificate III or IV in Disability, Community Services, or Individual Support (preferred)
• Sound understanding of NDIS Code of Conduct, duty of care, privacy, and incident reporting
