🌿 Availability for Social Support & Community Access

I currently have ongoing availability on Thursdays from 1:30pm – 5:00pm, starting from 21st May.

This can be weekly or fortnightly, depending on your needs.

Support can include:
• Community access & outings
• Appointments & transport
• Shopping & errands
• Social support & building confidence

I enjoy supporting participants with activities like walks, light fitness, community outings and staying active, always tailored to each person’s comfort level and goals.

I support NDIS (self-managed & plan-managed) and aged care / private clients.

At Nura Community Care & Support Services, I provide calm, reliable and person-centred support focused on independence and wellbeing.

I support participants to attend events, activities and outings that are important to them, including family-friendly experiences like this.

Whether it’s sports, shows or community events, support can be tailored to help participants feel comfortable, included and confident while enjoying the experience.

🌿 Accessible community walk – Tuggerawong (Central Coast) 🌿

A beautiful and peaceful walking track in Tuggerawong, perfect for community access and getting some fresh air ☀️
This track is approx 4km return, with multiple entry and exit points along the way, making it easy to tailor to each person’s ability and comfort level. There’s also a park along the track, great for a rest or a change of scenery.

⚠️ Note: There are no toilets available, so it’s best planned accordingly.

As a proud Wiradjuri & Kamilaroi woman, it means a lot to build a service that provides culturally respectful care and support for both Indigenous and non-Indigenous participants in our community.
