One of my favourite things from the last 8 years of being a trainer is seeing people accomplish things for themselves in the gym! Seeing the happiness, self worth, confidence, strength GROW. 🔥

I’ve always maintained that yes I will push you but I’ll also be there with you the whole way through, encouraging you in any moment you doubt yourself. ✨

The best advice I can give when it comes to gyms & trainers is go where you feel good, where there is good energy & the encouragement + support is strong. Those gyms & those trainers exist…. Don’t settle 💙

Ready for some feel-good movement? Let’s celebrate what our amazing bodies can do today!

25-Minute Full Body At Home Session:
(Complete 5 rounds, taking breaks when you need)

1️⃣ 10 Push-ups
(Wall push-ups work too - all strength is REAL strength!)

2️⃣ 15 Bodyweight Squats
(Modify: Chair squats if needed)

3️⃣ 20 Bicycle Crunches
(Take it slow, quality over speed!)

4️⃣ 30-sec Plank Hold
(Drop to knees anytime - you’ve got this!)

5️⃣ 40 Pulsing Squats
(Feel that burn - but listen to your body!)

Remember:
- Honor YOUR body
- Move with intention
- Breathe and smile
- This isn’t about perfection
