From my first Darkinjung Waters jersey to yesterday… I can move so much bloody better on that footy field. ✨

Not just from skill but from looking after my body. Dropping weight the right way, building strength, eating good, hydrating, fuelling up, recovering properly.

No quick fixes. Just small choices every day ~ drink your water, move your body, lift well, eat to perform. It all adds up.

If I can do it, you can too. We’re building strong, healthy bodies together 💙oty

✨ 75 Hard > 50 Hard ✨ (we stopped on day 50)

75 days was the goal… but life had other plans. Sickness, injuries, and a big reminder to slow down and put our family first, sometimes life just has other plans…

And that doesn’t take away from this ~ it adds to it.
Because showing up for 50 days (especially with little babies) staying consistent, and knowing when to listen to your body and your life… that’s strength.

From day 1 feeling bloated and unsure, to day 50 feeling confident, strong, and so much more like me ~ that’s A HUGE WIN.

Grateful for the lessons, my babies for always showing me what’s important in life, my incredible partner, and the amazing women beside me 🤍

And still the best is still to come 🦋😜✨

Day 43 💪🏽
I started this to prove to myself how disciplined I can be and I’m really proud of how I’ve shown up so far.

But here’s the realness: this challenge is hard. Not “a bit inconvenient” hard ~ mentally, physically, emotionally demanding hard. There are days I want to completely rest. Days where motivation dips and discipline has to carry the load.

Also as a parent, it adds another layer. There’s no switching off. Meeting your little humans needs always, of course and then still choosing to show up for two workouts, the water, the reading, the structure.
That doesn’t make it impossible ~ but it does make it tougher.

So if you’re a mum or dad doing 75 Hard with little ones… hats off to you. This takes next-level commitment. And that deserves to be acknowledged. 🙏🏽✨💙🦋
