From my first Darkinjung Waters jersey to yesterday… I can move so much bloody better on that footy field. ✨
Not just from skill but from looking after my body. Dropping weight the right way, building strength, eating good, hydrating, fuelling up, recovering properly.
No quick fixes. Just small choices every day ~ drink your water, move your body, lift well, eat to perform. It all adds up.
