Changes regarding Troy's bookings.

As of 5th July 2025, patient's will no longer be able to book online with Troy. Give or take a few available appointments still left in November, Troy is completely booked out until January 27th , 2026.

Troy wants to notify all his current patient's that he will not put up with any abuse on the phone to reception regarding this change. They are doing their job as directed by him. There will be consequences if such interaction occurs.

Troy also advises that his cancellation list will be capped at 10 people. If you need urgent Osteopathic care you will be asked to see Michael Johnco , David Wong , or Chris Porter to get out of strife until your next appointment. As always Troy will communicate with each practitioner regarding their history.

Troy apologies for the inconvenience above. This is 100% about managing his workload and that he is able to continue to see his regular patient's.

In light of a nasty sickness season..do not come in if you are sick. Reception will be taking TEMPERATURES again, as we are having a surge in covid cases/ flu / pneumonia etc.

If your temperature is 37.8 or above you will be asked to leave. Do not get offended. We will accommodate you when we can. We are trying to protect staff and practitioners.

Dr Chris Porter, Osteopath is available for New consultations and returning patients on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday am in Tuggerah Central Coast NSW.

My consultation will focus on finding the cause(s) of your pain, and building a complete picture as to what’s really going on (example: Sometimes a neck issue could be contributing to low back pain).

25 years ago I started working as an osteopath and I have been continuously learning new skills and disciplines.

Examples are laser and needle acupuncture, ultrasound therapy, laser therapy; the latter being particularly useful in treating difficult conditions like damaged tendons.

Laser acupuncture is also excellent for treating jaw issues.
I also use applied kinesiology in cases were ‘standard examination’ fails to reveal the cause.

Our payment system has been down for 24 hrs and will likely continue today/tom. No private health funds/credit- debit card available.

Your more than welcome to pay cash or can direct deposit into Troy Fleming's account. You will have to claim yourself with receipt. Payment Details are on the bottom of the receipt.

We apologies for this but it is a nationwide issue and it seems it is our turn to have this system inoperable.
