With the cost of fuel rising, we would like to share new options we have to help with trials.

We have introduced facetime instore trial. This is where we have the ability to help instore via facetime for any OT that cannot make it instore. One of our trained staff can co-ordinate a facetime video call on one of our ipads. Your clients can still get to see you and we can walk around the store trying different products.

We also have introduced facetime at home, just like facetime instore but this can be in the clients own home.

For our facetime trials please reach out prior to book in. We would need to know
• Is it facetime instore trial or facetime at home trial
• what store you will be visiting
• what time
• your contact mobile number
• mobile phone type
We will then run you through the setup procedure for connection on the day.

🚶 Updated for clarity: Mobility scooter users = pedestrians 🚶‍♀️

Did you know that mobility scooter users are classified as pedestrians? That meant they must follow the same rules that apply to pedestrians.

⚠️ Top speed allowed: 10km/h

If you meet the safety rules, you can use your mobility scooter on a shared pathway, footpath or nature strip. Roads should only be used when there are no other options. If forced to use roads, travel on quieter streets, keep to the side and face oncoming traffic where possible.

Should mobility users be interested in obtaining a free high vis flag and/or vest to enhance visibility, please contact Council’s Road Safety Officer by calling 02 4306 7900.

It has been a big year for us, with our expansion into Tuggerah and thankyou to everyone whio has supported us throught the year.
