📚🎨 What a day at Paint Hawkesbury REaD!

It was such a joy to join forces with Bec and Michael from Speak About last month - chatting with local families and community services about all things language, play and early literacy.

For those who haven’t heard, Paint Hawkesbury REaD is part of the national Paint the Town REaD initiative, bringing communities together to inspire families to read, sing, rhyme, talk and play with their children right from birth.

Big thanks to the incredible organisers and everyone who came by to say hello. We loved being part of this amazing community event!

Success isn’t built in big leaps—it’s the daily follow-ups, the check-ins, the habits behind the scenes.

➡️ Your mentee or team wants to contribute and succeed.
When people know how they matter—they show up fully.

📅 New Month Approaching, Fresh Goals!
As a speechie mentor & managing director, setting clear and intentional goals each quarter is key to keeping things purposeful and on track 💡

At Speak About, we use a 90-day plan every quarter – and honestly, it’s a game-changer. 🙌 It helps us zoom out, prioritise what really matters, and take small, meaningful steps each month to get there.

Here’s my monthly goal-setting rhythm:
1️⃣ Reflect on our 90-day plan – What’s the focus right now?
2️⃣ Choose 1–2 high-impact goals (no more goal overwhelm 😅)
3️⃣ Map out mini steps and leave room for life happening
4️⃣ Share it – because accountability works!
