For some, Christmas can actually be a really difficult time of the year. This season of joy, can often be a season of sorrow or struggles for many. Some will be preparing for their first Christmas without their mother, father, spouse, sibling or child. Others will be preparing for their last. Many are fighting silent battles you know nothing about.

Be kind, be compassionate, give help, give support. And for many of you, you will need to give these things to yourself! You are worth it! Take good care of you 🌺

Nourish Nurture Blossom would like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and peaceful holidays 🎄

I would like to let you know that I will be taking a short break to rest and recharge for the year ahead. Will be back on board from 2nd January 😁

To all of my wonderful clients….you have all worked so incredibly hard this year and should be very proud of your achievements, both big and small. Thank you for putting your trust in me and allowing us to be part of your journey.

This time of the year can be super tough for many, but especially those also battling the challenges of an eating disorder. Remember to be kind to yourself. Lean on your supports, and remember to breathe. You’ve got this!
