I've been providing massage support to them since the 2013 season.

Every year I say "this is the last year", but is it really 🤷‍♀️🤔, only time will tell 😊.

What a performance by last night 👏
23,116 - the biggest rugby crowd since around 2007.

I enjoyed providing pre-game massage for 3 of the match officials and hearing about life as an international referee.

I stayed for the values and genuine care for others.
I shared said values in the letterboxes of Wright,
Stepped outside my comfort zone, Olympic Volleys on my feet.
A Labor vollie thought they were neat. (No, not an athlete, but I helped keep them moving)
The results speak for themselves,
Heart and action truly gel.

I resigned from my Rehabilitation Consultant Job on the 2nd of Jan.
My last day was the 6th.
The last 4 months felt like 12.

Fast forward to one week since I finished, and I'm feeling stress free and content with walking away from a job that wasn't right for me. (I'm proud for trying it)

I've been moving my body, sleeping, connecting with my friends and family, reading books, writing blog ideas, with the strong belief that the next job I get will be aligned with my goals and values.

I am grateful for having loved being a massage therapist so much. This helped me to recognise what it feels like to enjoy going to work and the impact it has on physical and mental health.
