The final part of the treatment focuses on lymphatic drainage, scalp massage and grounding techniques. Improving circulation and elimination is the key to great skin and a flowing complexion. If your having trouble with hay fever at the moment (which is pretty much most of us), this combined with some acupressure work can really help.

This is such a useful point, I call it the emergency put me on hold point. The Ayurvedic name is Usta, or the meridian point is called GV26 on the Governing Vessel.

If you ever need to stop yourself from crying, sneezing, fainting etc just press on this point until you feel better. Use it only as an emergency point until you can let your feelings out, or sit down safely or have a good sneeze out loud.

To find it, just put your finger at the base of the nose, slide down gently until you feel a slight dip, or notch, on your underlying gum. It's about half way down and that's where you need to be.
