Say hello to Jessica! 👋
Graduating from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Health Science and Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy), Jessica has also undertaken further studies in Level 1 Dry Needling and Cupping, Pregnancy and Osteopathy and Osteopathic summer school.
Growing up in regional Australia, Jessica understands firsthand the importance of accessible healthcare and is committed to providing high-quality osteopathic treatment to help people move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free. Whether it’s recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or improving mobility, her goal is to empower patients with the knowledge and tools to take control of their health.
With a love for all forms of movement—from strength training at the gym to running and Pilates—Jessica truly believes that movement is medicine. Her treatment approach is hands-on, evidence-based, and tailored to each individual’s lifestyle, ensuring that every patient receives personalized care that supports long-term well-being.
Jessica loves to help people with neck and jaw tension, shoulder pain and hip or low back aches.
Outside the clinic, Jessica is mainly found at either the gym or on a run to try and beat her PBs. She loves spending some quiet time at home playing her piano, crocheting or reading a good book! 📖 💪
