🌿 Bowen Magic for a Mum
For two nights in a row my son went to bed coughing. As he lay on his tummy, I did a few gentle Bowen moves. just enough to support his lungs.
One more cough as I walked out the door…
Then silence.
Peaceful, restful sleep.
It never ceases to amaze me how something so gentle can make such a powerful difference. 💚
