Remember, mental health isn't a diagnosis! It's an important feature in everyone's wellbeing. Supporting healthy habits that fill our cup and recognising those that don't is important to each and every one us. Asking for help when your mental health reserves feel low or depleted is not a sign of weakness ❤️

Last night was....AMAZING 🎉

As a sole trader who has made a LOT of changes in my business structure in the last 12 months, the recognition of my success alongside so many other talented, persistent, inspirational, innovative, and passionate business owners in this category and throughout the entire evening makes me weak at the knees!

I am so lucky to do what I love on a daily basis and even luckier to have been able to adjust my circumstances to create work-life balance in a space that supports myself, my family and the real VIP's - my patients.

Thank you to Felicity at for encouraging me to apply, Katie at for your guidance throughout the past 12 months and the entire team at for accepting me as a social event tag along (having a 'side team' when you work solo is such a blessing).

We left the photography to the professionals and look forward to seeing what Paul at has on his camera roll 😂

We have moved!

Well technically.....we've closed the doors as Evolve Allied Healthcare and all of the wonderful practitioners within the space have taken new directions. Some have moved, others have joined practices nearby and there are some that will remain in the space under new tenants.

We are working on a newsletter to provide you with all of the important contact details you need to know, it should hit your email (or maybe your junk box) in the next few days, clearing out has taken a little longer than anticipated 🤦‍♀️

As we near the end of our time as a multidisciplinary clinic in Lismore and transition to a new space it's time to update our contact details.

Our landline will no longer work after the closure of our space in Woodlark Street so please update the contact number you have listed for us 🙏 This is now the primary contact for all enquiries.
