Today is my first workday for the year.
This week I have appointments available at Tully on Tues and Sat. If you need an appointment in Innisfail my next available is Mon 12th.

I am away from the 14th - 26th this month.

Chinese herbal medicines are amazing. The formulations have been around for thousands of years of documented use. Each formula contains a group of herbs that work together in harmony for it's intended use.

You will find that adding Chinese herbs to your daily routine will help improve results alongside your Acupuncture treatments. They can help add what is lacking to the body and help the organs Qi (life force) so they can do their job better.

It is important to only trust a Chinese Herbalist to prescribe Chinese medicine. There are a multitude of formula choices depending on your individual needs at the time. We take into account the intricacies of your bodys needs with a Chinese medicine diagnosis.

I have seen a few cases lately where a client has been getting side effects from taking the wrong formula for them at the time. E.g. constant bloating due to being on a strong tonic formula when digestion needed to be improved first. Or being on a Kidney Yang tonic (warming) leading to dryness, thirst and heat when a Kidney Yin tonic (cooling) was required.
Taking the wrong formula for too long will make things worse.

Chinese medicines are not supplements or vitamins, they are a medicine, so please be careful. ❤️🪷
