Katie’s remedial massage career began 3 years ago and during that time she has worked with the NRL, both the men’s and women’s teams.

Her passion lies in health, wellness and helping others reach their goals through the power of massage therapy.

We’re also delighted to announce that Abhyanga Massage and External Basti Treatments have now been added to her range of services and are available to book now via our website www.aharawellness.com

Abhyanga is a traditional Ayurvedic full-body massage (for women only) using warm herbal oils applied on the entire body, from the scalp to the soles of your feet. This deeply nurturing treatment helps restore balance, supports energy flow, and aids in releasing toxins from the body.

External Basti Treatment is a healing warm oil therapy designed to ease physical or emotional stress. A small ring of dough is placed over the area of tension and warm oil is gently poured into it, allowing the soothing warmth to deeply relax and nourish the body and mind.

Basti treatments can be added to the end of an Abhyanga massage or booked as a stand-alone session.
