Three things Dr Quinten tells his patients (and practices himself!) 🏃‍♂️

1️⃣ Move your body - We're made to move! Aim for 150 minutes of exercise weekly (300 is even better). Your future self will thank you.

2️⃣ Screen early, catch early - Blood pressure checks, skin checks, regular screenings. No risk, all benefits. Early detection makes everything easier.

3️⃣ Follow the advice - Your health professional is trained for a reason. Don't agree? Get a second opinion. But when you can follow through, you're investing in your own better health.
