Just wanted to say Merry Christmas to everyone and a happy New Year! I'll be around until Christmas eve if you want to buy a gift certificate.

Thank you for all the support this past year, I couldn't pay my bills or feed my kids without you all.

Just letting you all know that I'll be shut after today until January 9th. January is almost all booked up; only a few spots are left. So if you want a massage, kinesiology or breathwork session after the break, you'd better hurry up and book!

I will be taking emergencies only during my holiday break, but that comes with an emergency fee of $100 on top of the normal fee.

Let's help a young lady walk again!

I've been asked to sell raffle tickets to anyone interested. They are to help raise money for Charlotte Buckley, who is slowly losing the ability of her legs and needs multiple surgeries in the US, the only place that currently does this type of surgery.

Without the surgery she will eventually lose her capacity to walk altogether, but also she's in excruciating pain constantly.

Tickets are $5 each, or 5 for $20. Prize pool is over $15 grand.
