For a long time I kept the spiritual side of my work quiet. I was worried people wouldn't take me seriously. Now it's the part that changes people's lives the most.
That shift changed everything about how I show up for my clients.
Hi, I'm Simone 👋 I'm a remedial massage therapist, kinesiologist, and spiritual medium based in Tumut, NSW — and for 18 years I've been helping people heal in ways that go way beyond the physical.
Because here's what I know to be true: your body keeps score. The tension in your shoulders, the ache that won't go away, the exhaustion that sleep doesn't fix — so much of it is connected to what you're carrying emotionally and energetically.
I work with adults navigating pain, anxiety, burnout, and grief. I work with kids with ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges — and the parents who love them fiercely and are desperate for something that actually helps. And I work with people who are ready to go deeper — into breathwork, energy healing, and yes, spirit.
No two sessions look the same. Because no two people are the same.

Just wanted to say Merry Christmas to everyone and a happy New Year! I'll be around until Christmas eve if you want to buy a gift certificate.

Thank you for all the support this past year, I couldn't pay my bills or feed my kids without you all.

Just letting you all know that I'll be shut after today until January 9th. January is almost all booked up; only a few spots are left. So if you want a massage, kinesiology or breathwork session after the break, you'd better hurry up and book!

I will be taking emergencies only during my holiday break, but that comes with an emergency fee of $100 on top of the normal fee.
