She laughed… then quietly crossed her legs.
No one noticed. But she did.
If you’re a mum, you might know that moment all too well — the little signs after birth that everyone tells you are “normal”… but don’t feel normal to you.
Postpartum changes can include:
• Leaking when you laugh, sneeze or run
• A weak or disconnected core
• Ongoing back or pelvic discomfort
• Feeling like your body just isn’t quite the same anymore
And still, you’re expected to keep going. For everyone else.
