Festive Season at Thrive Wellness Hub 🎄

Yes we’re open throughout the holiday period, with a few days set aside to slow down, spend time with family, and enjoy all the festive food ✨

Self-access remains available during our normal opening hours and on members only days even through the festive period. Train, recover, reset… on your schedule.

All sessions must be pre-booked. We won’t be taking walk-ins during this time. The easiest way to secure your spot is via our website or booking link, where availability updates live in real time.
