We are delighted to share some wonderful news with our Sunrise Village community.

Please join us in congratulating Carly Balcombe on her appointment as Village Manager at Sunrise Supported Living.

Many of you will already know Carly well. Over the past four years, she has been a valued part of our village, beginning as Receptionist, then Assistant Village Manager, and most recently stepping into the Acting Village Manager role with great care and capability.

Carly brings a genuine warmth, a strong understanding of village life, and a deep commitment to supporting both residents and staff. Her journey within Sunrise reflects not only her professional growth, but also her dedication to creating a welcoming and connected community for everyone who calls Sunrise home.

We look forward to Carly’s continued leadership and invite residents, families, and friends to say hello and share their congratulations when you see her around the village.

We had a wonderful time connecting with so many people at the expo recently. It was a great opportunity to share a little of what makes Sunrise Village Tuncurry such a special place to call home.

A heartfelt thank you to our residents and staff who came together to celebrate Seniors Festival at Sunrise Village.

We started the day with a relaxed breakfast BBQ, enjoying good food and great company. It was lovely to see everyone connect and share in the moment.

To finish, we embraced a little fun and comfort with a Pyjama Day, a reminder that joy can be found in the simple moments we share.

These are the moments that make our community so special. Thank you all for being part of it.
