Look what happens when you stop trying to eat like a bird and start fuelling like you mean it.

This legend has:

✅ Been training at home 3–4x/week
✅ Managed a comeback from surgery + manages some severe back pain (which is improving)
✅ Cut gut flare-ups to almost zero
✅ Eaten WAY more food (especially carbs 😏)
✅ Built muscle - those quads, I mean come on 👀
✅ Got more energy + better sleep
✅ Done it all with 3 kids under 3 and zero obsession

We didn’t cut her food.
We didn’t chase “clean eating.”
We fuelled her properly, trained smart and gave her body space to actually respond.

And this is just 20 weeks in.

Stop starving. Stop guessing.
Start fuelling, lifting living like you give a damn - it’s okay to want more for yourself so the every day life things t feel so all-consuming.

✔️ Weighed because I like my food working for me in the background while I do life.

Not punishment. Not obsessive. Just a grown-ass woman who knows what works for her body, her brain and her goals.

You feel better when you eat well.
You train better. You mum better. You are better. You don’t lose your s**t at 3pm.

Let’s not pretend these are bad things.

Maybe it’s burnt out and you’ve normalised a bunch of symptoms.

You don’t need to hustle harder.
