At For Purpose Aged Care, we know that regular exercise is a vital part of healthy ageing and our residents are loving our activity programs. We offer a wide variety of daily exercise.

Options like chair yoga, Zumba, physio led exercises, seated soccer, balloon tennis and strength classes. Residents particularly enjoy morning walking group, whether it’s sunny or a crisp winter morning in VIC/NSW,
our residents love starting their day with fresh air, movement, and great company.

🌼 Daffodil Day Morning Tea – Thursday 21st August 🌼

Join us at Wagga Wagga Community Aged Care as we come together to support the Cancer Council this Daffodil Day.
We'll be holding a special morning tea to raise funds and awareness on Thursday 21st August – everyone is welcome!
🎟 Raffle tickets are now available at reception, with fantastic prizes to be won. The raffle will be drawn on the day.
💛 We encourage everyone to show their support by wearing something yellow – whether it’s a shirt, scarf, jewellery or even socks – let’s brighten the day together!
