Friday 10th October! 🌊 Surf for Sanity is joining forces with Surfing the Spectrum for an inclusive morning of fun from 9am–12pm. The event offers surf lessons designed especially for children on the spectrum – and everyone is welcome!

Today is R U OK? Day. A reminder that a simple question can make a powerful difference. It’s especially important to check in with carers, support workers, clients, and staff who often give so much of themselves to others. These individuals are the backbone of our communities, yet they can sometimes feel unseen or overwhelmed. We all play a vital role in each other’s lives, and it’s essential to ensure our own emotional cup is full so we can continue to give, support, and uplift those around us. Taking the time to ask, “Are you OK?” isn’t just kind, it’s necessary.
