Tomorrow, the Project Make Lemonade team says goodbye to Xon!

Xon has been with the company for approximately five years and has truly been an all-rounder. From manning the front desk to working closely with our Support Coordinators and collaborating with finance, he has supported so many areas of the business with dedication and care. We have been incredibly blessed to have him as part of our team.

With a heart of gold and the most easy-going nature, Xon always brings a smile to those around him. His positive energy will be deeply missed.

We are so excited to watch you step into this new chapter as you begin your university studies in Cyber Security — you’re going to absolutely smash it! 👏

Shoutout to our incredible support worker, Jack!
We recently received some lovely feedback from a community member who didn’t know Jack personally, but recognised the client he was supporting. They contacted us at PML after seeing Jack and his client while grocery shopping at Aldi. They were so impressed by the way Jack communicated with his client— consistently offering choice and control, the genuine rapport between the two, and creating an environment where the client clearly felt comfortable and supported.

This is the standard of care every NDIS participant deserves, and we feel incredibly lucky to have you on our team, Jack 👏🏻
