How is everyone feeling after last night's Lunar eclipse 🌚?
I've woken up feeling ready to take on the world. I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders which is such an amazing feeling .... considering I didn't realise it was there 🤦.
It doesn't matter that we couldn't see the action last night due to clouds and rain we can still feel the effects 😉.

This is my goal...to be a positive influence on people😍💥.
Planning has started for a workshop/ weekend retreat for end of April.
Saturday workshop with the option of a small number of overnight retreat spots with specially selected wellness practitioners onsite.
Location would be Mount Tambourine.. nestled in the hinterland with amazing views.
This is different to anything I have offered in the past and it's very exciting😁🥳.

I have 15 years of Pilates love and am a Matwork Pilates Instructor. Healing is in my blood. Holistic and alternative medicine is always an option in your health journey. Energy healing is a powerful healing tool. I am a Reiki Master, Flower Therapy Healer, Source Healer and a Crystal Healer.
