Proud to support our veterans not just in building strength, but in rebuilding connection, confidence, and purpose through tailored movement 💪

Where do I even begin 🥹

April 2017 I walked into this gym not knowing the people I would meet here would grow to mean more to me than they could even imagine. I’m so grateful for the kindness they show me, the commitment they give me, the laughs, the tears, the years they’ve watched me grow up from the 23yr old I walked in as.

We asked a few of our clients if they wouldn’t mind having a brief chat with Impact Media to help build us some content. I didn’t realise just how much their words would hit my heart.

Even on the hardest days, I wouldn’t want to be doing anything else. What do they say? If you enjoy your job you’ll never work a day in your life.
