This month’s special is a traditional Ayurvedic Pindaswed treatment using a therapeutic application of heat with a medicated herbal bolus to massage the body.

This treatment offers immediate and lasting relief from pain and inflammation. Stimulating lymph flow, gently detoxing the tissues and joints. It also relieves conditions including arthritis, stiffness and swelling of the joints, cellulite, obesity and muscle pain.

The Pindaswed treatment will be followed by an Ayurvedic massage using medicated oils for your Dosha (body type).
