Huge shout out to this little power house for her commitment towards achieving her goal🙌🏻

Since 2020 Abby lost 10kg on her own, 15kgs with and now Abby and myself are focusing on comp prep 2024. Abby has managed to lose and maintain over 30KGS weight loss.

Together we have worked on building Abby’s calories up to a maintenance and slight surplus level after years of dieting. We just completed a short and aggressive mini cut where she lost 7.3kgs in 7 x weeks 🙌🏻

I thought I had to look a certain way to “fit in” to the bodybuilding scene, to inspire others and to gain clients. I am a much smaller and weaker version of my past self but I’m stronger mentally and wiser. Children change you 😌 I realise now that I attract a different crowd and that’s ok because mums “get” mums. Dads understand dad life. If anything this smaller “weaker” version of me has made me grow in other ways. Got to be happy with all phases of life 💙 Not bad for 3 months PP💪🏻

Appreciation and admiration post for one my best mates .rosee__ 🔥 Mother of 2 👦👧

Molly hard a hard pregnancy where she was very sick and couldn’t really exercise. She had a super traumatic birth (emergency c-section) and suffered PPD post birth. Her baby girl had to have tongue-tie surgery and was quite a difficult baby (crying all the time day and night) and wasn’t gaining weight so Molly and her hubby were up all hours of the night making sure she was fed (this went on for months). Molly fell into old eating habits (emotional eating) as she was completely drained and exhausted from being a stay at home mum of 2 under 2 and one who didn’t sleep well at all.

Somehow she found the strength to put herself first and began training from home and cleaning up her diet. Molly has lost a total of 17kgs in these pics, 10 on her OWN 🙌🏻 She’s now working with to continue her journey
Mummas out there - what can you do to get results like this?
💪🏻 make yourself and your goals a priority! Regardless of how tired you are, how many times a night you’ve been up.
💪🏻show up for yourself. If you say you’re going to do it … do it.
💪🏻keep your goals realistic. 300-500g losses per week are SUSTAINABLE & MAINTAINABLE
💪🏻aim for LONG TERM fat loss / results - not a quick fix. Having a baby is a very traumatic experience for your body .. it needs time to heal and you need time to nourish it.

So many women get caught up in “trying to get their body back” after babies. Your body will never be the same. You grew a human! You stretched and stretched to create a baby over 9 months. You can’t expect to bounce back in 1 month.
I still have a little belly and I’m 4.5 weeks PP. I wasn’t as big this time as I was with Will so it’s come down faster. I’ve been for 3 walks in 6 weeks! That’s it 🤣 and I haven’t tracked or even thought about a calorie. Zero f***s given 🤌🏻
If you’re breastfeeding you need to eat a well balanced diet, drink LOTS of water and don’t worry too much about how many calories you’re eating (that will come in time.) Give yourself the TIME you need to heal, to re-energise and time to enjoy your baby.
I’m sitting around 3kgs above my pre-pregnancy weight. Not in a hurry to get back to where I was, I know it will happen in TIME.
Your PP journey is a chance to create a NEW version of yourself. Not the girl you once were 💕

Taking home a 🥇🥈and 🥈 in overalls 🙌🏻 in Men’s bodybuilding. This man is a dad of 2 and works full time. He has spent 2 years with working towards this goal 💪🏻
Massive shout out to my hubby for driving 3 hours to the show on less than 5 hours sleep for weeks on end. You always show up for your clients, going above and beyond their expectations! I am so proud of you and Mitch and what you guys achieved. Well done 🙌🏻

And just like that we’re almost done baking you🤰🏼 Last week this week. Feeling all the emotions 😭😍😂
I had the best pregnancy this time round. I feel so blessed that I got to do this twice and that this time I wasn’t sick, had no complications like some of my poor friends are going through 😢 and that I was lucky and able to train the whole way through.
A few things I incorporated this pregnancy which I believe were extremely beneficial were:
1. Getting a proper pregnancy training program (cannot recommend these ladies enough 🙌🏻)
2. Seeing an Osteo every month to help keep me balanced (Nate is the man💙)
3. Getting pregnancy massages towards the end of my pregnancy- for relaxation and to release tension etc. Renee from had been AMAZING 🙌🏻

Belated baby shower post 😝 Mum life lol. HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WOMENS day to all my amazing friends. We don’t need a “day” to be reminded of how awesome being a woman is and how blessed we are to have choices and freedom in today’s society. I am blessed to have so many strong and successful women in my life 🥰

I had the best time at my baby shower the other week. Massive thank you to for organising the whole thing for me, you are a legend 💙 for whipping up some sugar cookies for us (the day before you moved away🤣 THANK YOU🙌🏻) and to all my girls who gave up your time on a Sunday to celebrate with me💕Love you all.
I am the confident and proud mum that I am today because of the love and support that I have had from these women (and other women who aren’t here). Thank you for being in my life.

This little pocket rocket works in the mines so does LONG shift work hours, lots of time sitting and driving to and from work & at work with minimal sleep. All of her meals were prepared the week before work and taken to work in a portable car fridge. Now that’s commitment 🤩🙌🏻

Her goal was to win a Masters Pro card in Sports / Fitness for and that’s what we did 😎🤩

She lost over 10kgs in 30 weeks (start of prep to last show).

Before coming to us, Maryanne did back to back seasons. We convinced her to have a 2 year off season to give her body a break and to allow her time to grow and work on areas that need developing. This is where so many competitors go wrong! ALLOW yourself time to have a break. If you want to come back bigger and better then you need time to grow and time recover from the stress of dieting / competition prep 💪🏻

This was achieved with nutrition only coaching/ no training plan (although Nick was training 3 x per week and doing 10-15k steps per day).
Now he will follow a structured training plan and train 4-5 x per week, with a reduced step target. KEEN to see you continue to grow mate. You are a pleasure to work with 🙌🏻

We are parents to a beautiful boy. About to be parents of 2 babes so we understand what it’s like for parents to try and make time for themselves. We are REALISTIC with our approach towards training and nutrition.

We mentor people on how to have a “pro life” not just chasing a “pro lifestyle”. Let’s face it, bodybuilding is a hobby, you don’t get paid for it so learn how to fit it in with your life, not the other way round.

We use scientific and evidence based protocols for weight loss, muscle gain, comp prep etc. We use state of the art training software and don’t give out cookie cutter garbage programs & same size fits all meal plans. We DO OFFER gen pop / weight loss training and nutrition (not just comp prep coaching).

We both won PRO athlete status in top bodybuilding divisions, men’s bodybuilding and women’s figure where we were both number 1 and 2 in Australia & placing top 3 at Arnold’s as a Natural Athlete.
