In times gone by, you’ve had your innocence infiltrated, and when you’ve been hurt, betrayed, silenced, and let down, you’ve left behind fragments of your soul. In order to fit into the boxes and needs of the world, you’ve also left behind your gifts, your talents, and even your softness. You’ve had to dull your sparkle. But you’re not here to conform to anyone else’s standards, you’re here to be wholly and fully yourself.

All these speckles of your shininess are waiting to be reclaimed now. Take the time to ask yourself what you really long for. Let this part of yourself come to the forefront of your life and little by little it will become your reality. The gifts and talents that you have previously written off are waiting to be brought into reality, and only you can do it. Today angels are gathering around you, holding you and lifting you up. It’s time to step into the truest version of yourself. It’s time to reclaim your gifts, talents, and story. It’s time to be the light you were born to be.

Hope is part of a holy trinity of divine feminine angels, alongside Faith and Charity. As the divine counterpart of Gabriel, she is dedicated to healing, growth, and emergence—to helping us recover any lost aspects of ourselves and restore our faith in who we are and what we can do. She reminds us that as a child of God, we are loved beyond measure, we haven’t been forgotten, and love isn’t something we have to long for—it’s our inheritance.

☀️Thought of the Day ☀️

A sacred pause is more than rest, it is a doorway into the eternal. When you step out of the current of doing, you step into the presence of being… and in that stillness, you touch the part of yourself that is untouched by time. The pause is where the soul whispers, where the Divine can be felt, and where your spirit realigns with truth.

Each time you gift yourself this pause, you remember that you are not separate from the Source that breathes through all things. In the silence, the illusion of distance dissolves, and you come home to the vastness within.

Let life humble you.

Leonard Cohen said his teacher once told him that, the older you get, the lonelier you become, and the deeper the love you need. This is because, as we go through life, we tend to over-identify with being the hero of our stories.

This hero isn’t exactly having fun: he’s getting kicked around, humiliated, and disgraced. But if we can let go of identifying with him, we can find our rightful place in the universe, and a love more satisfying than any we’ve ever known.

People constantly throw around the term “hero’s journey” without having any idea what it really means. Everyone from CEOs to wellness influencers thinks the hero’s journey means facing your fears, slaying a dragon, and gaining 25k followers on Instagram. But that’s not the real hero’s journey.

In the real hero’s journey, the dragon slays YOU. Much to your surprise, you couldn’t make that marriage work. Much to your surprise, you turned forty with no kids, no house, and no prospects. Much to your surprise, the world didn’t want the gifts you proudly offered it.

If you are foolish, this is where you will abort the journey and start another, and another, abusing your heart over and over for the brief illusion of winning. But if you are wise, you will let yourself be shattered, and return to the village, humbled, but with a newfound sense that you don’t have to identify with the part of you that needs to win, needs to be recognized, needs to know. This is where your transcendent life begins.

So embrace humility in everything. Life isn’t out to get you, nor are your struggles your fault. Every defeat is just an angel, tugging at your sleeve, telling you that you don’t have to keep banging your head against the wall. Leave that striver there, trapped in his lonely ambitions. Just walk away, and life in its vastness will embrace you.

Boundaries are a quiet form of self-love. They remind us that our energy, time, and heart are precious, and not everything deserves a place within them. When we honour our limits, we create space for what truly matters to flow more freely.

It’s not always easy to say no, but each no makes room for a deeper yes. A yes to your well-being, a yes to balance, a yes to the soul calling you inward. Boundaries are not about shutting people out, they are about choosing what aligns with your truth.

Today, ask yourself… where am I giving too much away? And what gentle boundary could I set that would bring me back into harmony with myself?

DAILY ANGEL MESSAGE!

Your heart space is a sacred space deep within you. For some time, you have protected it with psychic shields that have not only stopped you from being hurt, but also stopped you from feeling love. This gateway appearing shows that you have finally dropped these shields and are ready to experience love. Universal wisdom wants you to know that this is your divine right. You are a highly empathic and generous soul who has so much to give, and you are being called forth to reveal the deeper and more vulnerable aspects of your being. Divine light beings are surrounding you, holding you, and encouraging you to relax. All the restrictions and blockages of your heart space have now been removed. The worst is behind you and the world needs you.

The heart chakra is our connection to love and generosity. When opened, it can take us on a powerful expedition to experience love. In Sanskrit it is known as Anahata, which means “unstruck” or even “unbroken,” revealing that even though we may feel our heart is broken, our true spiritual heart is always whole. The heart chakra governs all aspects of our heart, including relationships, what lights us up, and of course our self‑worth.

This gateway transports us to an emerald city—the temple of our heart. This sacred space within is a place of wonder and love. Here we are reminded of the sacredness we hold within and are encouraged to know that although it’s like a hidden treasure, this beauty deserves to be seen and enjoyed by the outer world. In the gateway image there is a path to the emerald city, but it is a path less traveled. This can represent many years of denying our self‑worth and also moments, during many lifetimes, when we’ve pushed love away. But now we are moving closer to the love we are.

Place your hands on your heart space and breathe deeply. Invite the sacred temple within to lower its drawbridge and open its gates so that you can experience love in harmony.

The Equinox 🌸🍂 is a sacred pause, a moment when light and dark stand in perfect balance and the earth takes a deep cosmic breath. In the Southern Hemisphere, this is Spring’s awakening, a time to release the old and plant seeds of renewal. In the Northern Hemisphere, it is Autumn’s descent, a time to gather wisdom, harvest blessings, and let go in trust. Though expressed differently, the invitation is the same… to honour the cycles of life, death, and rebirth moving through us all.

This turning of the wheel reminds us that we are children of the earth, held by her rhythms and guided by her seasons.
