We are a NDIS Registered provider of supports delivering individualised early intervention programs
Shaping Outcomes provides individualised early intervention programs that build on the strengths and increase the abilities of children with disabilities or delays, their families and their communities to support life long learning, positive participation and promote family quality life. We are based on the premise that the early years (birth - six years) are vital for later growth and development, with infancy being a critical period for the development of later skills and competencies. Thus infants and young children who have disability, or are at risk are best served when the intervention services are provided earlier in life.

I love this quote by David Augsburger - "Being heard is so close to being loved that for the average person, they are almost indistinguishable."
The idea behind it is deeply powerful — it suggests that when someone truly listens to us, without judgment or distraction, it can feel as affirming and comforting as love itself. It highlights the emotional weight of genuine attention and empathy..
At Shaping Outcomes we believe that everybody deserves to be seen and heard!

It is important to build the team around the child and family, we are only 1 part that makes up a brilliant support team that is able to see amazing outcomes for children and families.

🌟 Gratitude & Collaboration in Action 🌟
This morning, Shaping Outcomes had the pleasure of attending a wonderful breakfast event hosted in collaboration between Tweed Community Clubs and the Tweed Chamber of Commerce.
We’re incredibly grateful to the Tweed Community Clubs for their generous support through the ClubGrants program, which empowers us and many other local organisations to continue making a difference in our community.
The event was a true celebration of collaboration — bringing together clubs, grant recipients, business leaders, and community champions. The energy in the room was inspiring, and it’s clear that when we come together, we shape outcomes that matter. 💙
An incredible turnout this morning for our 2025 Community Celebration Breakfast - and some incredibly touching personal stories from our recipients, club staff and business community from the tweedchamber Tweed and Area Chamber of Commerce.
Thanks to everyone who attended.

Shaping Outcomes is a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Provider, offering flexible personalised early childhood intervention (ECI) programs and services. We focus on building the strengths and increasing the abilities of children with disabilities or delays, their families and their communities.
As a non-profit community organisation we have been supporting children and families since 1981. Teaching and helping children develop the skills they need to take part in everyday activities, with their families or in their community.
Our programs and services are consistent with early childhood education, inclusion and disability philosophies. We utilise interaction through play and daily routines, to promote growth and development in children which create a foundation for future learning in schooling systems, and life.
Our mission: As a leader we provide innovative and quality practices to support children with disabilities or developmental delays and their families and thus build inclusive communities that enable children to thrive, connect and belong.
Team around your child
We work closely with you as a team that supports and surrounds your child. Communicating and sharing information, knowledge and skills with your child, you and other team members such as therapists. Working in your child’s environments, these may include your family home, child care, preschools or community areas.
In 2017 we were awarded an Excellence Award for ‘Best Team Around the Child’ by Early Childhood Intervention Australia (ECIA) NSW/ACT. The award acknowledged our exceptional contribution to building the capacity of children, families, professionals and community through coaching and collaborative team work.
