Today I had a quick chat with Ruby & her owner Roger.
Ruby is 17 years old. She now has dementia. She is also deaf & blind but stills loves her daily walks even though it takes her half an hour to walk about 100 meters.
Roger can remember the first day Ruby was brought home. Ruby was the runt of the litter & they fell instantly in love with this ball of white fluff she has been spoilt ever since.
Ruby gets a little upset if her dinner is not on time or they are late with her afternoon walk even thought Ruby has ruled their lives Over the years Ruby has given her owners so much unconditional love.
