MY EXPERIENCE IN MY FIRST TRIMESTER 🤰🏽
✨Wow sooo tired, lots of naps
✨ No spewing but slight nausea
✨What do I feel like eating, I don’t know god I feel so picky, fruit, juice, toast, corn chips, cheese and Vegemite on crackers, ice blocks
✨Um extra h***y all the time
✨ Breasts feel like they doubled and ready to feed already, ni***es are so sensitive
✨ Feeling bloated, tight clothes so I comfy, awkward phase of the belly growing where you can’t quite tell I’m pregnant or just out on a few kg
✨ Excitement finding out at 5 weeks and wanted to tell absolutely everyone
✨ Training has always felt good just a little harder then normal, more breathless, more rest, less weight, I lost routine moving for a month so that also played a roll
✨Keen to read, study and talk to every holistic mother you know find out everything I can
✨ Accepting and acknowledging the realisation that I’m going to be mother and enter a whole new phase in my life, absolutely transformative - letting go of fear, doubt, old identity’s, surrendering into the unknown
✨Reminding myself it’s okay to slow down, listen to my body, rest, take care of myself, my nervous system and bubba!

Just here to share my personal thoughts and experiences
🌙I was very lucky in a sense that I had already made really big changes in my diet and lifestyle over the last year to cut things that aren’t healthy for bubba… (maybe why I fell pregnant so easily?) I think everyone should do this anyways as much as possible, don’t wait to fall pregnant or even if you don’t want too;
🧘🏽♀️cut out chemicals (these are legit in everything, your food, water, skin care, cleaning, hair care etc) alcohol, plastics, no medications, etc etc
