Meet Kirra, our lovely in home physio 🏡

Kirra grew up competing in gymnastics & netball which sparked her love for movement & rehabilitation. She has experience working as a physio in surf lodges overseas, combining her passion for travel, surf culture & helping people return to the activities they love!

She enjoys taking a holistic & supportive approach to physiotherapy, blending hands-on treatment with exercise, education & lifestyle advice. Kirra has a special interest in musculoskeletal injuries, neurological conditions and integrating Pilates & yoga principles into rehab.

When she isn’t busy helping our community she loves surfing, travelling & teaching yoga 🧘🏽‍♂️

Meet the team Monday 🕺🏼

This is Isaac! He graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Kinesiology, majoring in Health & Physical Activity. He quickly gained clinical experience in long-term care & further expanded his skills as a research assistant in the University’s Human Neurophysiology Laboratory, where he presented his research at both regional & national conferences 🤓

Having a strong to desire to continue learning, Isaac made the decision to travel to Australia where he completed his Doctorate in Physiotherapy . His clinical experience included time across public & private hospitals, musculoskeletal clinics & community health services.

Isaac is heavily involved in community sport & participates regularly in various activities, including golf, tennis & ice hockey! He works closely with athletes who have undergone & are returning to sport following ACL surgery. Isaac is passionate about helping people move better, utilising a patient-centred approach to improve overall health & quality of life ⭐️

Whether you are suffering from an acute injury or a chronic condition, Isaac will help you get back to what you love, he is available in clinic at Merrimac & Helensvale. Reach out to our friendly team to organise a visit!

Meet Lucy, not your average remedial massage therapist!

Lucy has worked in the health & fitness industry for over 10 years. After completing her cert 3 & 4 in fitness she went on to work in group fitness & with one-on-one clients. This motivated her to further her knowledge on the anatomy & physiology of the human body 🦶🏽

Once she completed her Diploma she worked alongside many heath professionals. Lucy has 9+ years of experience in the remedial massage industry & has a passion for helping her clients through a wide range of issues. Lucy has an active lifestyle & loves hiking in nature & Brazilian Jiujitsu, which she has been practicing for the past 7 years! 💪🏽
