Today is Day 15, in my 28 Day Health Challenge. Thought I'd share a little of what I posted in our group today. Love this group of beautiful people!
Day 15! And wishing you a wonderful Wednesday!
As we have talked about througout the challenge, it is all about creating and cementing simple healthy habits that we continue on, into our every day and lifestyle, that bring great health & wellness.
Today let's share what we are going to carry on after the 28 days of the challenge, and a pic of you, so I can see your beautful face and celebrate you today!
These are mine that will stay a part of my lifestlye ongoing:
Celtic salt + water first thing
Lemon, ginger, cayenne water or the super tonic, I am feeling crazy energised by that tonic, it's staying!
The supplement GreenSnergy or the Green Gut Glow trio are here for good, I feel like I have covered all my bases, it has made a big impact on how I feel in my body, and I know even if I don't eat well or enough, my gut and nutrition is cared for
Most days I am loving fasting until 12pm and don't feel hungry, so I will continue doing this most days
Simple meals, love it, single ingredient foods is my new mantra. My favourite go to meals and snacks that will definately stay are;
Eggs scrambled with a little butter + avocado + kimchi + any left over greens and veggies I have
Boiled eggs + cottage cheese + avo + spanish onion + pickles mixed together and topped onto cucumber circles, in lettuce leaves or on rice cakes
Greek yoghurt + scoop vanilla protein + wild blueberries + any other berries I have mixed together - slightly obsessed with this one
Steak + avo + kimchi + sweet potato
In terms of movement I am loving my 15 minute yoga stretch & meditation, this after my super tonic, I feel on fire
Daily walk, and or 5-10 mini walk after each meal, I really feel has helped my digestion and bloating so much
Reducing alcohol, I love my wine, not gonna lie, but I feel I am enjoing alcohol free nights a lot, and the mornings
Going to bed earlier and getting at least 8 hours is a game changer, keeping that up as often as I can
Self love & self care, even on my busiest days, I am doing something to love on my mental health & my body, doing loads of affirmations and reasons why I am grateful for each and every day, even the tough ones, and I've had a few lately.
Being grateful for all I have is a daily ritual
I am ensuring I get my bare feet on the ground, swim in the ocean as often as I can
