Let's kick off the week with some fun exercises to keep those bodies active and strong! πŸ’ͺ

1️⃣ Animal Walks - Bear Crawls 🐻:
- Benefits: Enhances core strength, improves coordination, and boosts gross motor skills.
- How to do it: Get down on all fours, lift your knees slightly, and crawl forward like a bear. Keep your back straight, engage your core, and move opposite arm and leg together. Let's see those bear crawls in action! 🐾

2️⃣ Balloon Volleyball 🎈:
- Benefits: Develops hand-eye coordination, strengthens upper body muscles and social interaction.
- How to do it: Grab a balloon and partner up! Stand facing each other and hit the balloon back and forth using your hands. Challenge yourselves to keep it off the ground and have a blast while doing it! 🏐

3️⃣ Star Jumps ✨:
- Benefits: Increases cardiovascular fitness, improves bone density, and coordination.
- How to do it: Start with your feet together and arms by your side. Jump your feet apart while raising your arms overhead. Return to the starting position by jumping back together and bringing your arms down. Keep that energy high and let's jump into a fantastic week! 🌈
