Cliteracy

Term that has been used for over a decade by a few artists, doctors and writers, with thought provoking ideas, sparking a movement all around the world.

The term encapsulates the lack of literacy of the overall population when it comes to the female body.

From old anatomy books that described the female genitalia as a 'failure' or 'incomplete' when compared to the males', To beliefs, and instigated shame that discouraged females to explore their bodies and sexuality.

We , invite you to get C-literate with us!

For our menstrual cycles to be regular, flow easy and be pain free, different systems in the body need to be working in synergy.

External factors such as stress, diet and exercise can impact positively or negatively in our periods.

The menstrual balance can also be impacted by internal factors such as thyroid dysfunction, hypotalamic dysfunction and ovarian dysfunction (like in PCOS).
