Hey, suppheads! Just wanted to let you know that I am heading overseas from Sunday 11th May for 4 weeks!
I will be leaving the business in the capable hands of my staff of whom I'm sure many of you have already met before. If you need anything from me specifically, it will have to be put on pause until I return.
All check-ins, programs, and meal plans, i have done my best to be ahead of. However, please only reach out if it's urgent over the next month so that i can enjoy a few weeks driving around europe. (Driving on the opposite side of the road is going to be stressful enough 😜).

Do you know the difference between these two products?
The blue bag is a WPC, and the yellow bag is a WPI.
Whey protein isolate (WPI) is a more refined version of whey protein concentrate (WPC).
The main difference lies in the filtration process, with WPI undergoing further filtration to remove more fat, carbohydrates, and lactose, resulting in a higher protein content (around 90%) and a lower amount of other macronutrients.
WPC, on the other hand, is less refined, with protein content around 80% and higher amounts of fat, carbohydrates, and lactose.

Amazing best flavor pre-workout I’ve ever had I can happily sip it rather than chugging it before the flavor hits me pump is mid and the feeling of the pre probably at 8. 5 when double scooped I would say on par with all pre-workouts you can buy except exceptional taste.

I spent my childhood growing up with the sound of mums voice over the loud speakers at the gym... Les Mills Body Combat was a favourite.. She would learn the tracks, practice it in our lounge room at home, and I would do it with her.
Things do change though and Mum began a 10 year career in disabilities and I joined her for 4 years, ultimately I would take my clients out in the community to exercise, we bush walked, rode bikes, went swimming and often went to the gym to train. So when being fit and active runs in your blood... you'll always find your way back.
I found myself drifting... through my early 20’s, I was immersed in cardio, running endlessly. Gradually I took up boxing classes, then boot camps and obstacle courses. I then found myself with a PT who taught me how lifting weights could be therapeutic and used this to fuel my training until I began competing in bodybuilding shows. After my first 2 experiences on stage, mum joined me for my third. As a team... we went into our 2016 comp prep head on... together.
How many of you can say you've shared this kind of experience? as a mother/daughter it bought us closer together. An experience you really can't replace. The highs and lows of a comp journey, the determination.... and the overwhelming sense of pride in watching each other reach that pinnacle.
I studied my Cert 4 in Fitness, Mum re-did it with me to renew hers... we shared our days in lectures, books and all of the exams too. Now we have the beginnings of a Supplement Store. Built from scratch... A space.. a shell, soon to become our very own business within a business. Where our passions for this industry all collide. Our online clients, coaching, PT, and supplements, we can't wait to start being more creative, and bringing to you, the best, most positive experience possible.
Naturally we both love helping others. In life, in fitness and in health. There are no barriers. We look forward to meeting you all soon!
