Hi everyone
My daughter Rhiannon creates digital training for businesses. This might be in recruitment, customer service skills, health and safety, or any other training that teams need to excel in their jobs (and businesses to stay compliant). So… we show up… unroll our mat… we move… all the intelligence of our body responds to the attention. We might become limber, we learn to breathe again, and then there is Savasana (ahhh).
Then what?
We enter a more personal relationship with ourselves, we may dive into the abyss of self discovery like a hall of mirrors.
This might all seem daunting, at times, but when you choose to continue to show up for that self enquiry you will return over again with gentle curiosity as inner knowledge deepens. Our commitment rewards us by coming back to our true nature, our true selves.
To live a life of contentment.

Hello Yinsters and Yangsters,

“Find your Equilibrium”

Balance poses train our sense of equilibrium, strengthen the body, build integration between different body parts, and refine the way we support and move our body weight.
In addition, balance poses help us develop stability, internal awareness, which becomes even more important as we get older.
They engage the nervous system by improving proprioception (our ability to sense body position) and vestibular function (our sense of balance).
Plus, the focus required in these poses helps train cognitive functions like concentration and mindfulness.
Please bring along a ball or 2 for myofacial release required for toning the vagus nerve during our yin practice!
