CHIROPRACTIC ASSISTANT/ RECEPTIONIST

Looking for a part time role in the local community?
At Bindoon Family Chiropractic we are a fun, friendly and family focused practice. We are seeking an enthusiastic, friendly, organized and mature-minded individual to join our team.

About the role:
This is a part-time front desk role; we are looking for a receptionist who will have a bright and bubbly personality and great communication skills. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will be welcoming in an attentive, caring and positive manner. You will manage reception, assist with scheduling, and support the day-to-day operations of our clinic, with the ability to work harmoniously within a small team.
We offer paid training and support as we will expect that you will be able to manage the front desk independently of the Senior Chiropractic Assistant (CA), and with the support of our chiropractor on duty.

What we’re looking for:
· Experience in a similar health care support role would be favourable but not essential
· Great telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills
· Greeting and assisting patients with a warm, friendly attitude
· Professional, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality at all times
· Scheduling and managing appointments efficiently.
· Flexibility to cover sick & annual leave of other staff members
· Taking payments, bookings, balancing daily takings etc
· Sound computer knowledge, with the ability to learn new systems and procedures
· Experience in Cliniko software is a plus, but not essential

Hours:
Monday: 1.45pm to 6pm
Thursday: 1.45pm to 6pm
Alternating Saturday: 8.15am to 11.45am
*More hours may become available in the near future.
**Pay: Health Professionals and Support Service Award wage.
