📣 Important Update for New Patients

Due to a significant increase in missed appointments, we are introducing a $50 deposit for all new patient bookings.

💳 How it works:
✔️ The $50 deposit is required at the time of booking through HotDoc
✔️ If you hold a valid concession card, the deposit will be fully refunded
✔️ If you are a child (15 years or younger) or over 70 years with a valid Medicare card, the deposit will be fully refunded
✔️ If you do not have a concession card, the $50 will be deducted from your final invoice.
✔️ If you do not attend or cancel with insufficient notice, the deposit will be forfeited.

We appreciate your understanding as we implement this policy to ensure appointment availability for all patients.

Did you know? For the month of July there have been 17 missed appointments. This equals to over 3 hours' worth of the Doctors time.

We appreciate that unexpected things can occur, but by being mindful we can work together to avoid wasting those much needed appointments, that other patients could have access to.

If a patient doesn't need their appointment, it can easily be cancelled either by calling reception on 9554 1340 or via HotDoc, we only require 2 hours notice!
